Settings
The Settings screen lives at BlockShift → Settings. It controls how conversions behave and where the AI feature gets its key. Only Administrators (users with the manage_options capability) can change it.
Section content width
This sets how wide the main content area of a converted page is, in pixels. Match it to your Elementor design’s content width and your converted pages will come out the same size as the originals. Common values are 1140, 1200, and 1024. Anything below 320 or above 2560 is clamped to that range.
Set this before you convert, since it’s applied during conversion.
Copy metadata and featured image
With this on, every conversion copies the post meta and featured image from the source Elementor page to the new one. With it off, the wizard skips that step and converts only the layout and content.
Conversion logging
With logging on, each conversion records what happened to every widget: converted, unsupported, or empty. You read the results in the Conversion Log. The log keeps the last 300 entries and has no effect on how fast conversions run. Turn it off and no per-widget records are kept.
Anthropic (Claude) API key
Enter your Anthropic API key here to switch on the optional AI Enhancement feature. Leave it blank and AI stays off; everything else still works. The key is stored in your site’s options and is only ever sent to Anthropic when you start an enhancement pass yourself. See External Services & Privacy for the detail.
Saving
Click Save. A confirmation appears at the top of the screen once your changes are stored.
