✦ BEFORE YOU WRITE
What to include
A report with these five things usually gets solved in one reply instead of four.
- Your WordPress and PHP versions.
- Which Elementor widget or page gave trouble.
- What you expected, and what happened instead.
- The relevant rows from your Conversion Log.
- A screenshot of the original and the converted page, if the issue is visual.
Have you checked the docs?
Most questions already have an answer written down — especially the AI pre-flight messages, which each have their own entry.
We read everything that comes in.
Coverage of new widgets is driven mostly by what people tell us they hit. If something in your site did not convert cleanly, that is worth a message.
